Olympic Caliber Health Professionals These are the professionals that keep me healthy in between Olympics. I highly recommend them. Chiropractic and Massage Therapy complement each other perfectly. They go to the source of the problem rather than just take away the symptoms. Chiropractic In 1990 I injured my neck severely while racing in Calgary. I was sure my luge career was over. After a series of sessions with Dr. Mike Swartztrauber, I was able to recover and go on to compete in the 1992 Albertville Winter Olympics. "Dr. Mike" is my insurance now. Consequently, he accompanied me at the Albertville and the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Over the years he has kept my old body healthy for competition. Without "Dr. Mike’s" help my luge career would have ended in 1990. Dr. Mike Swartztrauber - Houston Back & Neck Clinic- 713-984-1924 Massage Therapy Only the top 250 Massage Therapists in the U.S. were allowed to come the Salt Lake City Olympics. They worked on the Olympic Athletes in the Olympic Village. Five of those Massage Therapists are based in Houston. I rely on regular massage from these Top Therapists as part of my regular health maintenance routine. Massage helps my flexibility, and helps me recover from my training and injuries sooner. It helps my muscles work more efficiently, enhancing my performance. It just makes me feel better. Looser, faster, younger.
